These Terms of Service establish the legal framework between you and Dash systems (SIREN: 101 541 142, Code APE: 62.01Z), based in France.

By accessing core-dash.com, our developer utilities, networking tools, Web Terminal, and Kortex_ AI (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

Access is available to both guests and registered users. By using the Service, you confirm:

Age RequirementYou are at least 15 years old (or the age of digital majority in your country). Minors under this age require legal guardian consent.
ResponsibilityYou accept full responsibility for the use of AI-generated content and the Web Terminal.
Professional StatusIf you use our tools for "paid jobs" or commercial projects, you are considered a Professional User. Consumer protections (such as withdrawal rights) may be limited to the extent permitted by law.

2. Payments, Subscriptions, and AI Credits

2.1. Billing and Subscriptions

Subscription Tiers

We offer different subscription tiers that provide enhanced access to the Service.

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew. Cancel anytime via settings; access continues until end of billing period.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Increases notified 30 days in advance.

2.2. AI Credits (Kortex_)

Validity: Purchased AI credits do not expire and remain available indefinitely while active.

Immediate Execution & Waiver: By purchasing credits and initiating an interaction, you request immediate execution and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Non-Refundable: AI credits represent prepaid access and are non-refundable once consumption begins.

2.3. Rate Limits and Fair Use Policy

General Rate Limit1,000 requests / hour

EnforcementExceeding results in throttling. Systematic abuse leads to suspension or termination.

3. Intellectual Property and User Content

3.1. Ownership

Service Ownership

Dash systems retains all rights to design, code, algorithms, and technology.

User Output Ownership

You retain full ownership of scripts, code, or data you generate ("Your Output"). You have perpetual freedom to exploit this output.

3.2. User Content License

You grant us a limited license solely to:

Host, process, store, and display content or history as necessary for the Service.
Create anonymized usage statistics where permitted under our Privacy Policy and your consent choices.

We do not claim ownership rights in your User Content.

3.3. Processing of AI Inputs (Kortex_)

►Processed by third-party enterprise APIs (Google Gemini and xAI Grok).
►APIs are configured not to use your inputs for training.

Important Security Reminder: Never input highly confidential, trade-secret, or personal health information. No system is 100% secure.

4. Technical Responsibility and Service Updates

4.1. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

AI-Generated Content: Output may contain inaccuracies or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any code or advice.

Web Terminal: Commands are executed under your sole direction. You assume all risks (damage to remote servers, data loss, security breaches).

Dash systems shall have no liability for consequences arising from your use of these tools.

4.2. Service Evolution, Updates, and Availability

Right to ModifyWe may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
CompatibilityYou are responsible for ensuring your workflows remain compatible with our updates.
AvailabilityService provided "as is". We are not liable for losses due to downtime, maintenance, or third-party outages.

5. Termination and Inactivity

5.1. Termination by Us

We may terminate access immediately without refund for:

Violation of Terms
Abusive behavior/Attacks
Multiple accounts/Evasion
Legal/Security risks

Prepaid amounts forfeited.

5.2. Inactivity Policy

360Days

Accounts inactive for 360 days may be terminated. Log in annually to preserve credits.

5.3. Voluntary Deletion

Request deletion via settings or contact.

Immediate loss of access
30-day grace period for recovery
Permanent irreversible deletion after grace period

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Warranties – “As Is”

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dash systems disclaims all warranties (express, implied, statutory). We do not guarantee the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

6.2. Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap

Total liability limited to the amount paid during the 3 months preceding the claim.

Excluded Damages

No liability for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or system downtime.

6.3. Third-Party Dependencies

We rely on third parties (AWS, Cloudflare, Google, xAI). We are not responsible for their failures or outages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dash systems and affiliates from any claims arising from:

Your use of the Service (including Terminal & AI).
Violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Infringement of third-party rights.
Content you submit or unauthorized use/abuse of the platform.
Damage caused to third-party systems via the Web Terminal.

This obligation survives termination.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Amicable Resolution Requirement

You agree to attempt informal resolution via [email protected] for at least 30 days before formal action.

Governing Law

General RuleGoverned by the laws of France.

North AmericaUS/Canada residents: Federal Arbitration Act applies to arbitration provisions.

Arbitration & Venue

US / Canada ResidentsBinding Individual Arbitration via AAA. Class Action Waiver applies.

Rest of World / EUExclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France. EU Consumers may use the ODR platform.

9. General Provisions

SeverabilityIf a provision is invalid, remaining terms remain in effect.
No WaiverFailure to exercise a right does not waive it.
Force MajeureNot liable for events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, network failures, etc.).
Entire AgreementThese Terms + Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement.
